At Zaeline, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Italy

Orders to other countries are not accepted at this time. If your address falls outside the shipping area mentioned above, unfortunately you will not be able to place an order with Zaeline.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined per product and are visible on the product page and at checkout, before you confirm your order. Shipping costs depend on the item, dimensions, weight and delivery location. We recommend checking the shipping costs before placing your order.

Processing Time

After receipt of your payment, your order will be processed. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing time may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery time varies per product and is indicated on the product page. Please take note of the following guidelines:

  • The estimated delivery time is an indication and not a guarantee.
  • Delivery times commence after shipment of your order, not after placing it.
  • Some products may require up to 30 calendar days to be delivered, depending on the origin and chosen shipping method.
  • Delays due to customs, weather conditions, force majeure or other external factors are beyond our control and may affect delivery time.

We recommend consulting the estimated delivery time on the product page before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to the indicated delivery time.

Please note: Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate packages and at different times. This is normal and does not mean that part of your order has been lost.

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the status of your shipment. It may take up to 24–72 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you do not see any tracking information after 72 hours, please contact us at info@zaeline.com.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Zaeline ships from international warehouses. Your order may be subject to customs checks, import duties or local taxes upon arrival in the Netherlands or Belgium. These costs are entirely at the customer's expense and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Zaeline has no control over customs procedures and is not responsible for any delays resulting from them.

We recommend enquiring in advance about any import duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. Zaeline is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, reshipping or administrative fees may be charged.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or if tracking has shown no update for more than 10 business days beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@zaeline.com. We will then initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please note that this process may take up to 14 business days.

An order is only considered officially lost after the carrier's investigation has been completed. We are not responsible for loss or theft following confirmed delivery to the specified address.

Damaged Packages

Did you receive a package that is visibly damaged? Accept it under reservation or refuse the delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@zaeline.com with photos of the damage. We will then work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Force Majeure

Zaeline is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, government measures or carrier disruptions.
